Bug#498994: lintian: should not complaining about copyright-should-refer-to-common-license-file-for-gpl with CeCILL license

Lintian already tries to check for CeCILL license with the following
regex: m/CeCILL FREE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT/

Could you provide us with the copyright file in question to see why
this doesn't match in your case?
