Hello,

Lintian should not complain when the debian/copyright file contains the full CeCILL license with this error:
E: giws: copyright-should-refer-to-common-license-file-for-gpl

There is a few references to the GPL (about the compatibility):
http://www.cecill.info/licences/Licence_CeCILL_V2-en.txt
"5.3.4 COMPATIBILITY WITH THE GNU GPL"
