Bug#497864: lintian: please warn if a manpage contains a "POD ERRORS" section

Hello,
I noticed that Pod::Man likes to invent a new "POD ERRORS" manpage
section instead of using stderr.
While I really have problems with that feature, it could make sense for
lintian to catch those and warn about them. An example manpage with
such errors is caff(1) in the signing-party package.
