Bug#497864: lintian: please warn if a manpage contains a "POD ERRORS" section

This new default behavior was chosen by the Pod::Simple maintainer. It
can be turned off in Pod::Man, but I was hesitant to work contrary to the
parser default (and the perlpodspec documentation). Maybe a pod2man
option to enable stderr reports would be useful?
