Hmm, right. I forgot the references. Notes on, just read, Russ' message: all I can say is that Certainty isn't as intuitive as the other fields. I'm leaving the Severity: normal, because if a package doesn't have a good description it isn't just a 'minor' issue because the number of new installations can be affected by it.
