Bug#437463: [checks/cruft] unknown tag diff-contains-patch-failure-file

Running lintian on a source package where the diff contains a patch
failure file gives the following result:

That's because the tag is wrongly named 'diff-contains-patch-failure'
in the corresponding description file.  The following trivial patch
fixes the problem.
