You mean, the software to work with subversion repositories and to
create and maintain them? It is in unstable (already for quite some time
actually), see http://packages.debian.org/subversion

Unfortunately only i386 has an quite uptodate version, which is very
similar to the soon to be released 1.0 version.

As for the bug squashing week, I'll check in tomorrow as much patches as
possible for bugs that already have patches (after checking them and
optionally write a test for them). Since there is still a lot to do on
lintian, and it is of course never 'finished', I hope Josip can upload
the upcoming week. Since his time is limited, I would strongly suggest
to change the subversion development model to that op Apache (and
others). Any changes are mailed to this list, so anyone can check and
comment on them (and fix if needed). I personally am taking lintian as
a good excuse to finally learn perl better than I do now.
