I've CC'd debian-legal because of this last provision.  It seems to
restrict the ability to refer to the Battelle Memorial Institute in
unrelated matters.  For example, it would forbid me from writing a blog
entry stating that Battelle is a non-profit headquartered in Columbus,
Ohio, US.  This is a reasonable (and otherwise legal) use of that name
that this license pretends to restrict.
