Verifying licence for packaging

1. Could you please review the below Licence of the Golden Rules Organizer freeware for suiting Debian rules:

2. The organizer also includes the following Copyright Notices. Are they appropriate for non-main sections?

3. I'm planning to submit a package that will link to JNLP file of the Golden Rules Organizer, targeting for inclusion into Contrib section, if possible, or otherwise into Non Free section (despite it being absolutely free, albeit closed source). Do you find this submission appropriate?
