It is obvious that providing access to the Corresponding Source from a VCS at 
no charge would be OK if it is exactly the same software running at 
production.



 13. Remote Network Interaction; Use with the GNU General Public License.

   prominently offer all users interacting with it remotely

   the Corresponding Source of your version by providing access
