Ah, true. I didn't understand that yaSSL is being distributed with MySQL itself. So MySQL is certainly in the clear by bundling yaSSL, but bundling it is a problem for *us* since it means the effective license of libmysqlclient would be GPL now instead of GPL+exceptions.
