Other than Linspire (which claims to have bought a license), which
distributions are distributing libdvdcss?

Unfortunately, this is not sufficient to shelter Debian from liability,
since Debian itself is legally based in the US through SPI.

I would certainly love to see Debian distribute libdvdcss, if it could
be done safely without undue legal risk to Debian.
