No, no, no.  Only the parts of your oatmeal that are oats have to be
100% Pure Oats.  The parts that are BSE-riddled beef don't have to be
100% Pure Oats at all, because they're not oats.

Why should we hold BSE-riddled beef to the same standards as oats?  The
consumers just want the oatmeal and have no patience for such careless
equivalences.
