Fw: [argouml-dev] Licence issue (debian in particular)

Hello everybody,

I am the new maintainer of argouml and I saw the attached message on
the dev-mailing-list. They added new sources but with a Sun's
License. I think it would be ok to include in Debian but I prefer to
ask here (I think it's the best place, isn't it? ;-)).

Many thanks for your time,

For your convinience here is the license (pasted below):
It basically means we would have to make it available also in the downloadable package and in the About tab. Apart from that I cannot imagine that Debian is going to have problems with this license. They usually go nuts when you are not allowed to modify something, which this license seems to allow (e.g. in contrast to the license for the javahelp).

Are there any general problems with adding source with copyright outside of
argo to our build particularly to those at Debian (who've put me right
before)?
