[PSFL = Python Software Foundation License]
The last paragraph of [2] refers to PSFL 2.0.1 and the now released PSFL 2.1.1.
The license of roundup is referring to PSF 2.1, which is not GPL compatible.

Sorry to be so anal about that, the whole python licensing was a mess
then and there was even a move to put Python into non-free.
It would be much easier to use the latest PSF license, which is the
PSF 2.2[3]. It outlines a little the history of different Python
licenses.

Nevertheless, I am willing to put roundup into Debian if the Debian
legal team is happy with the license.
