I will ask caldera! My troubles are the words "Portions Copyright...".
I have interpreted: the original code was from caldera with such
copyright/licence, and the rest of file is pure GPL. But because there are
no date on initial GPL code, it is simpler that I ask Caldera about the meaning
of this sentence.
