The copyright file contained the full license, as attached to my first
mail. Okay, I didn't append the full GPL to the file, but this should be
obvious.

I guess, he just didn't not read the complete license, but only first part
of it and thought: GPL - okay, ... aha, some additions - too complicated,
let's simply reject this package. But the license don't restrict GPL in
any way, the additions don't affect the usage under the GPL at all.

Anyways, yesterday, I uploaded an updated version to incoming under the
same license. Trying again...
