Though I'm not well versed in French, nor do I
understand French humor, but I get the feeling by browsing the site a bit that
this is some weird form of comedy. Obviously API is not a trademarked term,
that's a joke. A few links on the site make puns with what they're linking to
(The link for "AccessException" or something actually links to what looks like a
passwd file) It's kind of confusing, and the English stuff doesn't
make any sense to me.
I didn't surf too deep, but I think before the law
comes into play someone who can read and understand the site should take a
look.
