On this point, the fdl is special. It makes some specific sections of
the document Invariant but specify that those sections shouldn't be
on the main topics of the documents. So you can make invariant the
Front Cover, Back Cover, Preface, Editorial, etc... but the Manual
itself. This address lot of issues and may be we should take it as
a base for a future DFDG. However, I didn't have time to read it
carefully but there are still some points I want to clarify before
declaring it Debian Free (TM).
