Not really.  Let's say you manage the not inconsiderable feat of writing a
license that actually says that.  So I take my $5k data set, add your data,
add a 1915 street map of Boston, and sell the whole thing for $10k.  Have I
violated your license?  Of course not!  The extra $5k is for that street
map!  Why do you care if someone does get an extra $5k by including your
data?  It isn't if you would be losing a sale.
