Please check out the top (at the moment) article on technocrat.net, regarding French Senators who have proposed that all government software be Open Source. It points to an article in The Register (UK), which points to a French discussion forum (which I can't read). I think some French Debian folks should be participating in that forum. Thanks Bruce
