I think so. Imagine a user who

  1. lives in a country that forbids free speech

  2. nevertheless speaks his mind, and uses this software to do it

  3. escapes the authorities and seeks refuge somewhere in the
     democratic world

  4. gets sued by the analog authors over (2)
