No, but it was one of the first. All these Johnny-Come-Lately licenses that
purport to be free but don't even let you mix GPLed code and their own are
pretty damn inconsiderate, aren't they?

Face it. Free software can't be used everywhere. You can't even use every
bit of free code in any free software project you might choose.

People have different goals. Some people want to get famous and have
you advertise them whenever they can make you. Other people don't mind
giving stuff away, but don't want to be exploited. Others don't mind
giving stuff away, but want to exploit you if they can get away with it.

People's, and software's, goals *differ*. It's a fact of life. It's no
one's fault.
