Acer Inspire 5025 WMI - acpi problems

Hi I bought the Acer Inspire 5025 WMI last weekend and I'm struggling with a
problem concerining acpi.

I'm running Debian Etch with the 2.6.14-2-686 kernel.

powersaved is working (cpu speed can be lowered, fans are controlled).

BUT i cant't read the battery statistics. which is bad for mobile use of the
notebook.

I'm getting some informationen during boot:

..
ACPI: CPU0 (power states: C1[C1] C2[C2] C3[C3])
ACPI-0412: *** Error: Handler for [EmbeddedControl] returned AE_TIME

(Node c18d3320), AE_TIME
ACPI: AC Adapter [ADP1] (on-line)
ACPI: Power Button (FF) [PWRF]
ACPI: Lid Switch [LID0]
ACPI: Sleep Button (CM) [SLPB]
ACPI-0412: *** Error: Handler for [EmbeddedControl] returned AE_TIME
ACPI-0508: *** Error: Method execution failed [\_TZ_.TZS0._TMP] (Node

ACPI-0412: *** Error: Handler for [EmbeddedControl] returned AE_TIME
ACPI-0508: *** Error: Method execution failed [\_TZ_.TZS1._TMP] (Node

ACPI-0508: *** Error: Method execution failed [\_TZ_.TZSV._TMP] (Node

ACPI: Thermal Zone [TZSV] (34 C)
...

acpi -bt doesnt give any output...

does anyone has a clue how i can obtain battery informations?!

Thx in Advance,
