Latitude D505?

Moin,

I made the decision not to buy a Inspiron 5160, because I had to pay for the 
Windows on it (it's not needed).
So I'm interested buying a Dell Latitude D505. Does anybody have experience 
with it?
I'm in doubt because of:
Intel Extreme Graphics 2
Internal Modem
Dell Wireless 1350 802.11 b/g
Dell TrueMobile 300 Bluetooth Card
