Now, how to get rid of "eth2" which was the pcmcia 802.11 card but no
longer exists and is not in the interfaces file? Neither did I find
any mention of it with "grep eth2 /etc/* and /etc/*/* and a few more
itterations to get down into all the subdirectories.
Maybe it's because it was there the first time I booted 2.6 with all
its hardware discovery....
