I'm running Debian testing w/ self compiled 2.4.21 on a X31. I have a
dual boot system with the original XP (but of course in a smaller
partition than default).

I'm on the way setting up a web page for it. The page is far from being
complete but at least I have some information on dual boot and the IBM
Rescue System as well as installing over network. Find some details
here:

  http://chaes.dyndns.org/x31/x31.html

Details on config (IrDA, WLAN, sound, APM/ACPI etc.) are still missing.
Too little time at the moment :(
