ASPI is a SCSI interface standard. Applications (like CD programmer) use it to access devices on an SCSI bus. You need to install (windows ??) drivers that match the SCSI adapter of your PC. If you do not have a driver CD for your SCSI adapter, you can try the vendor's web site (like www.adaptec.com). The ASPI driver should be downloadble from there.  It is important to know what adapter type you have bfore downloading the driver. The type is usually displayed at boot time by the bios.
