got the same card here, it's running well with 2.4.xx kernel.
In my case, I use the module "yenta_socket".
Don't forget to change the value of PCIC... (don't remember the exact name
of it, I don't have the laptop on hand right now) to yenta_socket as well at
/etc/default/pcmcia.
