Hi Frank,

Had the same problem, problem solved in 2.4.19 and up (that's kernel version, 
but I know you understand that).

Don't try messing around with the stuff AVM gave you on their CD, it wouldn't 
even compile on my system without producing  a lot of unresolved symbols. AVM 
told me that they only support SUSE 8.0 stock kernel, so much for Linux 
support overthere.
