All the Mozillas have had a problem that I've seen.  I finally managed to
install the plugin by running Mozilla from root.  After downloading a
zillion times I finally ftp'd the file so that I could play with it, and
managed to use Mozilla from root to open the file and the install worked.

managed to get it working so I never checked it out myself):
