Unfortunately, sndconfig is only available in woody and sid.  You might
be able to grab the woody package and install it on potato, though.

sndconfig depends on libc6 (>= 2.2.3-1), libnewt0, slang1 (>> 1.3.0-0),
isapnptools, playmidi (>=2.3-25).  Anyone with a potato box want to
check if that would be installable?
