I don't know who I did my good deed for this week, but someone smiled
upon me and I:
(a) downloaded the hermes.conf file [1] from the URL kindly supplied by
Caleb Shay (thanks Caleb!)
(b) saved it in my /etc/pcmcia directory as hermes.conf
(c) /etc/init.d/pcmcia restart
and then:
(d) it "just worked" :-)
In the process I guess I learned two things: (1) /etc/pcmcia/config
includes *.conf at the bottom of the file and (2) the priority of
entries configured seems that later entries override earlier ones. Both
sensible, but nice to know little tidbits :-)
Regards,
Andrew.
