Re: Latitude LSt Sound

I have an Latitude LS with the NM256 soundcard. I really tried hard to get
the soundcard working with the open-source drivers but no luck, It always
crashed when the nm256 module was loaded. I got tired of it and bought the
commercial driver instead, it really works great. I talked to some people
who got the sound working on the Latitude LS with the open-source drivers
and it seems that it stop working if you have BIOS revision A04 or higher.
