cs4281 sound card kernel errors
i recompiled a new kernel to support a Crystal Sound Fusion CS4281 card
on a thinkpad x20, but i am getting the following error on a reboot:
cs4281: version 0.9 time 13:07:30 Mar 20 2001
cs4281: Codec failed to calibrate. Status = f4000000.
cs4281: Hardware setup failed. Skipping part.
i'm not sure of my next step. i did hunt around in the source file but
can't decipher what is going wrong.
i'm running 2.2.18.
any help would be most appreciated.
