Hi-

Let me find the patch for you.  It was at the alsa developer's pages as a
submitted patch for the T20 and A20 lines.  Linuxcare built the custom
caldera distribution for these laptops.  The patch was submitted against an
earlier version of ALSA but I believe that it should modularly apply against
later releases.  The patch is also included in the 2.2.17 kernel.
