Localization of these 3 is done in Debian

Same for this one (I am one of the maintainers) though you can *also*
work on its localization through the Translation Project. Clytie is,
IIRC, maintaining the vi translation in the TP.

No idea. For me this is not a Debian native package*

Beware that most of these have their lcoalization handled upstream, in
the respective projects and Debian doesn't really encourage working on
their localization in Debian.

You must target "native" packages, that is packages where upstream is Debian.

For sure, things should be shared between both lists:

- MOST for trans-project activities/coordination
- debian-l10n-vietnamese for work on specific Debian things (for
instance, robot-related messages). I can give debian-l10n-french as an
example to look at to see how an l10n team may be working for Debian things.
