Procurando software dono deste texto

Prezados,

Traduzindo a documentação do po4a, encontrei uma mensagem bem antiga
que não estou sabendo se vem (ou vinha) do próprio po4a ou se é de
outro software do Debian.

Alguém reconhece a mensagem abaixo (ex.: já viu em algum arquivo
fonte) e/ou tem alguma ideia qual software gera ela:
