So you have translated menu to Portuguese ? Great!

I am not sure if that will help you, but to add translation to menu
you just need to add them in the corresponding po* directory and edit
the 2 first lines of the po*/Makefile.am and rerun ./autogen.sh.
At this point make install will install them automatically.
