Re: menu 2.1.39: Please update the PO translation for the package menu

Załączam nowy plik .po i różnice między starą a nową wersją.

Nie mam zupełnie pomysłu na "Web News", może dlatego, że nie używam
tego. Nie wiem też czy istnieje lepsze tłumaczenie "Geoscience" niż
"Geografia".

Poza tym zmieniłem wielką literę na małą, w drugich wyrazach, tam gdzie
nie była ona konieczna, i przekodowałem plik na UTF-8.
