I know, because I am using fvwm 2.5.10 with bidi-support
and my Desktop is already in DE, EN, FR, TR, FA and AR.

I cant use GNOME/KDE.

I am working on a Development-Project where the $USER have only
Computers from P1/200 to P2/366 and not more the 256 MByte of memory.

Do not try to tell someone in Iran, Afghnistan or even in Morocco to
buy a more recent Computer or more Memory... The have not the money.

Becaue Tk does not support "bidi", I think, I need to use GTK+
for the graphical Interface... but I have no expereince with it.

I think, it will require a lot of rewrites in my Tcl sources.
