jove 4.17.1.4-1: Please update debconf PO translation for the package jove

Hi,

Sorry, I had to update the new strings once more. 

I updated the receiverlist, taking into account that some of the adresses I
have on the previous translations from 2006-2008 are not reachable anymore. 

You are noted as the last translator of the debconf translation for
jove. The English template has been changed, and now some messages
are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or are missing.
I would be grateful if you could take the time and update it.
Please send the updated file to me, or submit it as a wishlist bug
against jove.

The deadline for receiving the updated translation is
Fri, 14 Feb 2020 23:05:42 +0100.
