Befehle: die das saubere Beenden … erbitten

Für mich ist das »regelmäßig« dort schon richtig, da sich das
regelmäßig auf den Aufruf von B<sd_notify>(3) und nur indirekt auf die
Option »WATCHDOG=1« bezieht.
Den nicht kommentierten Rest habe ich wie vorgeschlagen übernommen.
