Hallo,

ich hab mich ja entschlossen, Handbuchseiten mit
Locale-Bezug zu übersetzen. Hier also nun die ersten 56
Zeichenketten zu locale(1); mit der Bitte um kritische
Anmerkungen. Als nächstes werde ich mich dann wohl an
die locale(5). Vielen Dank im Voraus.
