Hallo,

die Übersetzung der oggenc-Manpage ist soweit fertig, allerdings sind von 135 
Strings noch 19 als fuzzy markiert. Hier ist mir in der Tat Einiges unklar, 
insbesondere fehlen mir an mehreren Stellen deutsche Pendants zu Begriffen aus 
der digitalen Audiotechnik.
