Dans fcntl(2) il y a une distinction entre "file descriptor flags" et "file status flags", qu'il faudrait probablement garder ici (c'est traduit à un endroit par "attributs du descripteur de fichier" vs "attribut d'état du fichier" (qui devrait être au pluriel, d'ailleurs).
