Ce n'est pas une règle absolue : on peut considérer qu'il y a plus d'une
société qui ont fermé définitivement (sinon, on aurait eu "l'une des
sociétés ..."). Le français autorise alors l'accord au singulier ou au
pluriel (au choix du traducteur).
