« Commandes en ligne de commande », ce n'est pas terrible.
Suivant le contexte, tu peux remplacer le 1er « commandes » par
« actions » ou « options ».

Il ne faut pas remplacer les <quote>...</quote> par des guillemets. Si
la page de manuel produite en groff n'est pas bonne, il faut corriger
les outils de conversion. C'est valable pour tout le document ; pour
modifier le balisage, il faut avoir de bonnes raisons.
