[RFR] po-debconf://ding/fr.po
D'après les dernières traductions, j'ai traduit « locale » par paramètre
régional (ça se dit au singulier ?). Par contre je ne sais pas trop si
l'utilisation du mot « encodage » est acceptée... C'est ce qu'a utilisé
Christian il y a peu dans po-debconf://postgresql/fr.po, donc ça doit
être la règle.
