To be honest, not exactly because this mailing-list is not advertised ;)
What do you think about (feel free to fix bad English wordings)?
French translations are centralized on the
<a href="http://lists.debian.org/#debian-l10n-french">debian-l10n-french@lists.debian.org</a> mailing-list.
To prevent doublons, please send your ITT (Intent to Translate) to
this list before working on templates.

Looks interesting, I will first check with translators and let you know
if we want to fill the gap.
